Privacy policy
Plain English: what this site collects, why, who processes it, and the choices you have.

AgentAIStack (agentaistack.ai) is owned and operated by Aaron Zapata personally (CA DRE #01356534). AgentAIStack is not operated by Impact Properties; Aaron’s brokerage background at Impact Properties is described where relevant for context. Questions or requests: aaron@impactprop.com.
What we collect and why
- Newsletter email. If you sign up, we collect your email address, the page and signup spot you used, and the referring page. Our email provider, Beehiiv, stores your subscription, sends the welcome email and the Friday newsletter, and handles unsubscribes. We use a hidden anti-spam field on the form; if it is filled in, the signup is ignored.
- First-party site analytics (no cookies). When pages are viewed, our own code sends the page path, the hostname of an external site that referred you (not the full referring URL), any utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign tags, your country and region (supplied by our host), and your device type and browser family to our private storage on Vercel Blob. It also creates a visitor ID that is a short, salted hash of your IP address and browser string that changes every day. We do not store your raw IP address or full browser string in these events, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles. We use the counts to see which pages and tools are useful.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. We also use Vercel’s analytics and site-speed tools to measure overall traffic and page performance in aggregate. See Vercel’s privacy policy for how it processes that data.
- Browser local storage (not cookies). To avoid nagging you, this site stores three flags in your browser’s local storage: whether you subscribed (
aas_subscribed), and whether you have already seen the desktop signup slide-in (aas_slide_seen) or the mobile signup bar (aas_mbar_seen). You can clear these any time in your browser; the site may then show the signup prompts again. - Pro and sponsor checkout (Stripe). Paid checkout happens on Stripe’s site, not ours. Stripe collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe shares the order details we need to provide access and support — for example your email address, the plan or placement bought, and payment status. For sponsors, that can include the company name and details you enter at checkout.
- Affiliate tracking (Rewardful). Every page loads a script from Rewardful (r.wdfl.co), our affiliate platform. If you arrive through an affiliate’s link, Rewardful may set cookies or similar trackers so the affiliate gets credit — referral tracking lasts 60 days, as described on our Affiliates page. If you join Pro through a Stripe checkout link, Rewardful attributes that sale. Affiliates who sign up give their account, payout and tax details directly to Rewardful.
- If you email us. If you contact us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and keep a record of the request.
- Leaving this site. Links to AI tools and other sites take you to those companies’ own sites, which have their own privacy practices. Some tool links are affiliate links — see our affiliate disclosure.
Cookies in short
Our own analytics are cookieless. The third parties above — mainly Rewardful for affiliate credit, and Stripe and Beehiiv when you use their pages — may set their own cookies. You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser; core site content will still work.
How we use and share information
We use the information above to send the newsletter you asked for, provide Pro access and sponsor placements, credit affiliates, count traffic, fix problems, and prevent spam and abuse. We share information only with the service providers named here (Beehiiv, Stripe, Rewardful, and Vercel), and only so they can do that work for us, or when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices and California rights
- Unsubscribe any time using the link in any newsletter email, and we will stop sending it.
- Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends either signal, our first-party analytics are turned off.
- Access, correction, and deletion: email aaron@impactprop.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Because we do not sell or share personal information as the law defines those terms, there is no separate “do not sell or share” opt-out to file — but contact us with any concern and we will help.
- California residents will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Retention and security
We keep newsletter records until you unsubscribe, messages for as long as we need them to respond and keep records, and analytics events for as long as we need them to understand site use. Analytics visitor IDs rotate daily. No system is perfectly secure, but analytics events are stored in private (not public) storage and payment details stay with Stripe.
Children
This site is for real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Accessibility
We aim for this site to meet WCAG 2.1 AA basics. See our Accessibility statement. If any page is hard to use with assistive technology, email aaron@impactprop.com and we will fix it or provide the content another way.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. This policy was first published on October 17, 2026.
