Acceptance of terms

By using this site, you agree to these Terms of use and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the public site, AgentAIStack Pro, affiliate referrals, and sponsor placements, except where a program page linked below says something more specific.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to a paid plan you already bought will not take away a refund right described below for a payment you already made.

What the site is

AgentAIStack is an educational and editorial site that reviews, scores, and ranks AI and related tools for real estate agents, organized by the job you need done. Scores, rankings, and recommendations are our opinions, based on the published rubric at How we rank. Prices, plans, features, and availability change — often without notice — so always verify the current price and features with the vendor before you buy. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every price, feature, score, or detail is complete, current, or error-free.

Not advice

Aaron Zapata is a licensed California real estate broker (CA DRE #01356534). He is not giving advice as a Real Estate Broker on this site, and his license is shown for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site is to be construed as real estate, transactional, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing here creates a broker-client or agency relationship. Examples, scores, and tool reviews are educational and editorial. Always consult your own broker, attorney, CPA, or lender before acting on a transaction.

All content on this site — including text, scores, rankings, prompts, prompt packs, guides, graphics, layout, and the AgentAIStack name and marks — is © Aaron Zapata unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from this site or its content without our written permission, except for brief attributed quotations with a link back to the page you quoted. Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners; we use tool names and logos only to identify the tools we review, and that use does not imply any endorsement by, or affiliation with, the tool’s owner.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email our copyright contact at aaron@impactprop.com with: (1) your name and contact details, (2) the copyrighted work you say was infringed, (3) the exact URL of the material on this site, (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature. We will review notices that meet 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, and act on repeat infringers where applicable. If your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information § 512(g)(3) requires.

Acceptable use

Accounts and Pro members

AgentAIStack Pro membership includes the benefits described on the Pro page at the time you join — currently prompt packs, step-by-step setup guides, and a monthly live call (60 minutes, recorded). You may cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and then ends. Please do not share member-only pages, links, or materials outside your membership. We may change future member benefits for future periods; changes will be described on the Pro page.

Payments and refunds

Pro: 30-day money-back guarantee on the FIRST payment (monthly or annual). Email aaron@impactprop.com within 30 days of that first payment and we will refund that payment to your original payment method. After 30 days, cancelling stops future charges; the current term is not prorated or refunded except where the law requires it.

Renewals: No refunds after a renewal date. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.

Sponsors and advertising: Sponsor fees are for placement for the booked period. If we decline a booked placement, you get a full refund. If we fail to run a booked placement, we will reschedule it or refund the unused portion. You may reschedule with 72 hours’ notice, as described on the Advertise page; sponsor creative changes or cancellations before publication are at our discretion, and once a run starts there are no refunds apart from the decline and failure-to-run cases above and any make-goods we offer. See the Advertise page for the current sponsor rules, which are part of these terms.

Affiliates: The commission, tracking, hold, and payout terms on our Affiliates page program terms govern affiliate participation. Refunded or charged-back Pro sales are reversed for commission purposes, as described there.

Paid checkout happens on Stripe’s site under Stripe’s terms; we never receive or store your full card number. See our Privacy policy.

Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

This site links to tools and other third-party sites, which have their own terms and privacy practices. Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure. A link is not an endorsement of the third party’s current pricing, features, or practices.

No liability — disclaimer of warranties

The site, its content, scores, prompts, and member materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Aaron Zapata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits or commissions, decisions you make using information from this site, or tool outages, price changes, or other vendor changes. Our total liability arising from or relating to this site or any purchase from us is capped at the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid us nothing in that period.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Aaron Zapata harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from your misuse of this site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights in connection with your use of the site.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to venue there.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy policy, the affiliate disclosure, and the program-specific terms for Pro refunds, affiliates, and sponsors linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about this site and replace any earlier understandings about it.

Accessibility

We aim for this site to meet WCAG 2.1 AA basics. If any page is hard to use with assistive technology, email aaron@impactprop.com and we will fix it or provide the content another way. See also the accessibility note in our Privacy policy.
